Size A: After a vaginal child birth.
Size B: Before childbirth & for c-section.

What’s in the box?
Because we are an environment-friendly company, we have chosen to package our menstrual cups in a very simple, cost-conscious way that will produce the least possible waste. Therefore, in your mailing envelope, you will find just your menstrual cup, along with a cloth bag that is made in America by retired seamstresses. Our instructions are printed on one sheet of recycled paper. We hope you appreciate our commitment to the environment.

How much will the shipping cost?
• Your parcel will be shipped from USA for a flat fee of $2 worldwide (~1.5€)
All menstrual cups are sent via US Post Office regular mail, which usually takes 5-7 business days within the United States. However if you want your order to be sent in any other way, please call our 800 number (1-800-500-0077).
Please note: We currently we do not ship to Canada and Great Britain.

What’s the guarantee?
A menstrual cup is not for everyone. We would like to thank you in advanced for being interested in trying The KEEPER/Moon cup. We are pleased to extend to you the manufacturers 3-month (90-day) return policy. We agree with the manufacturer and feel it is important you are completely satisfied with your KEEPER/Moon cup. For whatever reasons you find that The KEEPER/Moon cupis not for you, please follow the directions in our return policy. We will refund your purchase amount (minus the cost of shipping) within 48 hours.

They are both FDA approved. The life expectancy of :
The Keeper: with proper care can be up to 10 years!!
The Moon cup: It’s too new to determine the number of years of life expectancy

If you have tried all of our suggestion or cannot find the answer, please contact us via email at info@keeper.com and see if we can help you. We will respond within 24 hours! In the event we are unable to assist you, please follow the return instructions on your receipt.

Our cleaning / care policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:
At the end of your period, wash The Keeper or The Moon Cup in warm/hot soapy water – or it can be rinsed (or soaked for up to 3 minutes) in vinegar dilluted with water (10% / 90%) – and let it air dry. Place your Keeper or Moon Cup in the convenient purse bag it came in. NO NEED TO BOIL!

Stem cutting policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:
Occasionally, a woman believes that trimming the “stem” of The Keeper or Moon Cup will provide a more comfortable experience. However, please be aware if you cut off more than 1/2 of the stem, your menstrual cup cannot be returned for replacement or refund. And, very importantly, the stem serves a purpose: it is essential for inserting and removing The Keeper / The Moon Cup. Again, we do not give refunds for a cup where half or more of the stem has been cut off.
