How to use

1. Preparation:
   • Wash your hands with soap.
   • Clean your MoonCatcher with water; you can also use a neutral soap if desired.
2. Inserting the MoonCatcher:
   • Pinch the middle of the rim to form a figure 8 shape.
   • Choose a comfortable position for insertion:
     • Sit on the toilet with legs wide apart.
     • Sit on the toilet with legs propped on a stand.
     • Stand with one leg raised on the tub or toilet seat.
     • Lay on your side.
     • Fully squat with your bum on the floor.
   • Insert the pinched disc into your vagina.
   • Release and push the MoonCatcher further back and down towards your tailbone using a finger or thumb.
   • Tuck the front of the disc behind your pubic bone by pushing it upwards with a finger or thumb.
   • Ensure the disc is open and covering your cervix.
