The stem of the Naturcup has a ball at the tip as well as rings to it easier to grasp during removal. In addition, the airholes are larger which makes it easier to remove as well as to clean. (Unlike other menstrual cups, which may require a sharp object to clean the holes properly, the Naturcup holes should be easy to clean).

SIZE 0:Â For girls under 18 who do not have regular sexual intercourses and have a light flow.

We suggest size II after you are 30 because hips expand naturally as we get older and vaginal muscles loose elasticity even if you had never given birth.
