The cup provided in the LunaCopine package is the original Lunette cup.

How to choose your size?
Model 1: is recommended for women with light to moderate flow, younger women or women who have never had intercourse. The diameter is 41 mm (1.6 inches) by 47 mm (1.9 inches). The stem measures 25 mm (1 inch). The volume of the cup is 25 ml (0.85 fl oz).

Model 2: is recommended for women who have a normal or heavier flow. The diameter is 46 mm (1.8 inches) by 52 mm (2 inches). The stem measures 20 mm (0.8 inches). The volume of the cup is 30 ml (1.0 fl oz).

The Lunette menstrual cups are soft and pliable, however, model 1 is made of softer silicone than model 2.

Please note: lunacopine is not shipped in a carton box but in a carton flat packaging  containing. your lunette, the little pouch and the instruction leaflet to be more environmental. It will fit in your mailbox without any problem.

How much will the shipping cost?
• Your parcel will be shipped from France and you will get your parcel within 48h after purchase thru Colissimo
• If you want your parcel shipped within France it will be only cost 2.09€ and take 24h to 48h by “Lettre Max”. Please note it can only contain 1 cup.
• For international shipping to any other countries prices varies between 9€ and 17€. It will update the price on the shopping cart when you select your zone.

ZONE A costs 9€ : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, italy, Luxemboug, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland
ZONE B costs 14€ : Finland, Greece, Liechtenstein, Norway, Saint-Marin, Sweden
ZONE C costs 17€ : Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova

What’s the guarantee?
We have a 7 days return policy, If you are unsatisfied with the product or if there is an error (wrong color or size), don’t unwrap it. Send it back as it is to the address that will be provided by email after your purchase. We will then resend your order or issue a refund according to your request. Any package that will be opened cannot be refunded. We advice our customer to open the parcel as soon as you receive it in front of the delivery man to check that the plastic sachet containing the product is intact, if it’s not you can give it back to the delivery man with a note saying: “Parcel refused because it has been opened or damaged”

Please note: For hygiene reasons, strictly NO returned units will ever be resold.
